Saturday January 24th is Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day. Moebius Syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that is present at birth. It primarily affects the 6th and 7th cranial nerves, leaving those with the condition unable to move their faces (they can't smile, frown, suck, grimace or blink their eyes) and unable to move their eyes laterally. More info can be found here.
Laura's son Artoo has this syndrome and the challenge for this week is to raise awareness for this disorder and use the Moebius Syndrome Foundation's logo as your string or use it in another creative thing.
This is my submission for this week:

Very lovely tile.
ReplyDeleteGreat tile. Like the way you used Paradox it looks like the photo corners people use when scrapbooking.
ReplyDeleteI like your tile and the idea to wear purple on awareness day is great...will do!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty tile! Lovely choice of tangles and Paradox in the corners is wonderful!
ReplyDeletePretty tile! Really like the corners!
ReplyDeleteLovely tile, lovely choice of tangles...beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteEen mooi geheel en ik vind Paradox in de hoeken leuk. Het is hier (zaterdahochtend 8.40 uur) een mooie witte wereld, maar als je de weg op gaat, wees voorzichtig!
ReplyDeleteThis is fun. I like it.
ReplyDeleteWhat FUN...just saw a new stamp that has similar edges - LOL!!!
